Our Mission

Our mission is to provide the highest quality computer related services to businesses in the greater Portland Metro area.  We deliver excellent customer service, design and consulting services, sales, and training.  We partner with our clients to provide solutions for their business needs.  Northwest Computer Solutions was established in 1984.

Products:

We are a Hewlett Packard Authorized Reseller for their ProLiant server products, ProCurve network hardware, and laser printers.   Our many years of experience with both Compaq and Hewlett Packard translate into quick and effective solutions, resulting in saving both time and money for our clients.

As an Intel Products Dealer, we stay current with the latest hardware offerings and can design systems to fit your needs.  By designing and building customized "Real" servers, not merely desktop systems on that are called servers, we offer cost effective reliable solutions.   We extend the customized systems to workstations, desktops, and notebooks. 

We sell and support Microsoft's current products including Windows Vista, XP,  Windows Small Business Server 2003, Windows Server 2003 and 2000 Advanced Server, Server and Professional.  We also support prior versions of Windows and DOS.

For disaster recovery, intrusion detection systems, and anti-virus, we recommend and support Computer Associates products including BrightStor ARCserve for backup and eTrust products including Integrated Threat Management, Antivirus and PestPatrol.  

As a Citrix Silver partner, we design and implement remote access solutions.    We use Citrix GoToAssist for remote support.
